You can become a member of Ecoflix. You can also donate directly to support our cause by clicking on Donate under Company section of our footer below.
How do I get my tax rebate?
You will receive a receipt for your membership donation. If you are a US tax payer it will serve as your receipt for submission to the IRS, upon request.
How do I choose an NGO when I join?
To help our NGO friends, simply join Ecoflix as a monthly or annual member. We will email you a welcome email which includes a link for you to nominate an NGO of your choice.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes you can cancel at any time. You will be able to continue watching Ecoflix until the next billing period, at which time you will not be charged.
Is Ecoflix free?
Ecoflix offers a variety of free content such as a collection of wildlife programs, and user-generated submissions. Unlimited access to all content is only possible through an annual or monthly membership.
How much is a membership?
Ecoflix offers two membership packages: a monthly membership of $6.99 per month or an annual membership of $3.99 per month – saving 42%.
How do I upload my own content?
You can upload your content via our interactive map.
How long will it take for my content to be shown on Ecoflix?
We advise you allow 48hrs.
Will user content be censored?
All user content will be vetted for appropriateness before going live on the platform.
